This is the OMS Vertical Ballast System w/ Utility Pocket - 6lb SINGLE
Features:

This combines the OMS Vertical Weight Pocket with a useful utility pocket big enough to fit a spare mask/ reel, cutting tool or small SMB. The pocket has an inbuilt elastic loop for clipping off to.
