Return Policy for Prescription Masks:
Returns for prescription masks must be in new, unused condition and will be issued store credit only. We cannot accept returns on used masks, any masks that are returned and found to be in used condition will be returned at the customer's expense. If a refund is requested for any item that was eligible for and utilized free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to the actual shipping cost for that item will be deducted from the refund.
